Utility Trailer conversion to RV

I ran into this one night at a grocery store parking lot. I was going to the Blockbuster near the store and was pleasantly surprised to see this in the parking lot.

So I got a picture (not the best quality) with my cell phone. It definitely seems custom made but they did a very good job from what it looked like on the outside.
