The Hummingbird Tiny House Loft

My tiny house (studio) has Composite Steel Technology used for the prefabricated panels.

I prepared the site (dug the plumbing and electrical line) and it was assembled by the people that design and sell modular homes (built in summer two years ago).

It has five small and one regular-sized window.

The bathroom has a toilet, pedestal sink and shower.

The small kitchen area has a sink, water heater under the counter and there's a baseboard heater in the main open area that keeps everything comfortably warm in the winter.

The loft area has enough room for a twin mattress, and I use the second loft and walkway for storage.

My original plan was to provide a safe, warm place for my younger sister, but health issues meant the home was unsuitable for her. I now use the beautiful little house as a studio to do artwork in.

I've been customizing the interior since last year and it has become one of my favourite places to create in.

Cheers,
Eroca

I Like It

And I especially like that it is built and used in B.C. - apparently year-round?
I live in Maple Ridge and would like to attempt something similar.
Any chance you could contact me and provide additional details on your tiny house?
