With similar constructions techniques as the 'Hexayurt', this will be home for my wife and I at the 2011 Burningman Arts festival.

Made with 10 sheets of 1" foil backed foam board, and taped together with 3" Gorilla duct tape. It has an 8 ft counter, two bubble windows to look out and an extended room on the counter wall, not pictured, where we will be able to lean against the wall.

The unit is hinged and folds up into several pieces, breaking down to a 4ft by 8ft by 6" stack.

It will withstand high winds, keep us about 13 degrees cooler when hot, and warmer in the desert night chill.

Not bad for under $300.
